Kara Gibson Brzytwa’s career as a Business Intermediary has been built around understanding the best ways to ideate, run, grow—and ultimately sell a company. She is a strong strategic thinker that is also able to organize to the smallest detail. This paired with her outcome-driven mentality and warm, energetic style allows her to build strong relationships and contribute value to every transaction. Kara has always been drawn to privately-held businesses and understands the time and effort each business owner has invested in building their company to where it is today. She strives to add value at every step, coach owners to see what’s ahead, and ultimately makes the transaction process as smooth (and enjoyable!) as possible for an owner. Prior to her career as an Intermediary, Kara was a Management Consultant, earned her MBA, and was a marketing consultant for several small and mid-sized privately-held businesses. During this time, she established a successful record in marketing, operations, project management, and business development. These experiences heavily inform Kara’s business today–as seen in her proactive approach to problem solving, professional marketing materials, and her strong communication skills. Kara is a proud Smith alumna (B.A.) as well as a graduate of the University of Washington Foster School of Business (MBA). She is a Certified Business Intermediary, holds her Washington Real Estate License, and is an active member of the IBBA (International Business Brokers Association).
