The transaction provided the shareholders with a successful liquidity event while positioning the business for continued growth under new ownership.

With Exit Equity’s specialized experience in the HVAC industry, Exit Equity acted as the M&A advisor negotiating the sale of JED Heating and Cooling to Century Mechanical Holdings, a strategic buyer who operates multiple HVAC companies through the US. 

Exit Equity served as the M&A advisor to Dipaola Quality Climate Control in its sale to a strategic buyer – Century Mechanical Holdings. This HVAC company is a family-owned business with more than 40 years of operating history serving 18 counties across Pennsylvania. 

For nearly 20 years Sheldrup Glass has provided high quality union affiliated glazing to commercial and public works (government funded) customers. Exit Equity found multiple buyers for this business, with the final buyer having deep construction related experience, and SBA loan financing capability, to ensure success for the next chapter at Sheldrup Glass.

Hadrus is a wholesale supplier of adhesive graphics, trade show displays, and large format vinyl banners that works with distributors across the country who need specific products customized in a timely manner and in quantities big and small. These distributors then service large retail, consumer product goods, franchise and chain stores, along with local promotional products companies. The two business partners were looking to retire and have their company, staff, customers in good hands with new owners that can take the business to the next level.
