Become a Business Broker or M&A Advisor with Exit Equity

Exit Equity is looking for the right candidates to join our growing team.

What Makes Exit Equity Different

At Exit Equity, we offer the opportunity to advise some of the best businesses in the Pacific Northwest. Our team is looking for self-driven, business-oriented people with no-ego and a pie-growing mindset.

Unlike most brokerage and M&A Advisory firms, we team the majority of our engagements — allowing you to jump in to deals earlier, apply your skills quicker and learn side-by-side with seasoned industry professionals. We are perennial learners- proven by our support and funding of ongoing education and credentialing with industry associations.

One last difference! Exit Equity is the only women-owned independent Business Brokerage firm here in the Pacific Northwest. We are a second-generation firm that is excited to continue to grow our practice and serve more business owners.
