We don't pay traditional referral fees, but we protect your client relationship throughout the engagement. You stay involved in conversations, get visibility into the process, and continue to be your client's trusted advisor before, during, and after the sale.

What size business is a fit for Exit Equity?

Our sweet spot is owners with $1M to $20M in EBITDA, typically $5M to $50M in revenue. We work nationally, with offices in Seattle, Houston, and Bozeman.

How early should I bring you into a client conversation?

The earlier, the better — even five years before a planned sale. Most owners are not ready to transact when they first think they are. Early planning conversations meaningfully increase the eventual sale price.

Do you sign NDAs with referring advisors?

Yes. All client information shared in advisor conversations is protected by NDA. We handle every relationship with the discretion the situation requires.

What industries do you work in?
