Corey Gregg’s passion for helping business owners achieve successful transitions stems from her extensive experience as both an entrepreneur and business advisor. With a career spanning startups, privately held organizations, and publicly traded companies, Corey brings a well-rounded perspective to every transaction.
Having grown up in a small business environment, Corey witnessed her father’s remarkable journey – starting from the ground up, literally sweeping floors – to helping grow the business into a thriving lower middle-market company. This experience instilled in her a deep appreciation for the resilience it takes to build a successful business and inspired her commitment to helping others achieve their own American dream.

Corey’s career began at a startup, where she excelled, gaining invaluable firsthand experience in the inner workings of business success. She went on to found and grow multiple ventures, including a real estate investment firm and a recruiting business, refining her ability to identify market opportunities, build strong networks, and deliver impactful results.

Specializing in lower middle market transactions, Corey leverages her strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to navigate complex engagements across multiple industries.

Corey’s entrepreneurial background and hands-on approach have earned her a reputation for fostering seamless transitions and creating successful outcomes for buyers and sellers alike. Her professionalism, care, and attention to detail set her apart in the industry. Corey holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University is a Certified Mergers and Acquisitions Professional (CM&AP), a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI), and actively participates in the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and M&A Source. She is also a licensed Texas Real Estate Agent (Lic. #812566).

When she is not guiding business owners through strategic exits, Corey enjoys spending time with her husband, Parker, and their three daughters. She loves wake surfing, the beach, teaching Bible study, and serving in her local church.
