Mr. Rogstad began his career as a financial analyst with the HW Blackstock Co. in 1981. He founded Duroboat Company, and as President managed the company, selling it in 2001. Mr. Rogstad provides valuation and financial consulting for our mergers & acquisitions firm specializing in manufacturing, service, and distribution companies in the small to mid-size range. His real-world perspective enhances the business valuation practice as a result of 20 years of experience in construction and manufacturing and 5 years of experience dealing with valuation issues in the M&A industry. Mr. Rogstad holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington, a Masters of Business Administration/ Finance from Washington State University, and an Accredited Valuation Analyst for the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysis serving the divestiture, merger & acquisition industry.
