Mr. Coe’s business career spans 30 years, primarily built around helping small and medium sized, private companies grow and develop post acquisition or pre sale. Early on experience included industrial and medical sales in dynamic environments working with small to medium sized clients. Transitioning into media and publishing in the mid 1980’s and subsequently the Internet arena, Mr. Coe was a central figure in the execution of numerous acquisitions that built a single market company into a national media firm with thirteen markets. Subsequent experience included leading a turn around effort in Seattle that revived a declining media property and produced a 680% increase in profitability over four years, contributing to the successful sale of the company. Prior to his M&A activities, Mr. Coe served as a Principal of Terrell M. Coe and Associates, a firm providing operations and performance improvement in the media and small business environment. Mr. Coe is a graduate of the Mason School of Business at The College of William and Mary in Virginia and also holds an MBA degree from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a resident of Mercer Island, Washington where he lives with his wife and two sons, serves on several community Boards of Directors including most recently as President of Mercer Island Little League.
