She brings more than 20 years experience to the role, with tenure as a management consultant at some of the region’s top, and more than 5 years as a top performer at Exit Equity LLC.
The firm is pleased to have Kara take the reins and continue to deliver the same, quality advisory services for its clients that they have come to expect over the last 17 years. The firm has been a catalyst for more than 250 transactions since its inception. With over 20 years experience in all aspects of business-ownership, Gibson Brzytwa brings new energy along with her deep knowledge of Exit Equity LLC to this leadership position at a time when the region is seeing a massive increase in demand for knowledgeable business brokers.

It is a personal goal of Gibson Bryztwa to increase the number of womxn acquisition entrepreneurs in the world, acting as a mentor and advocate for them.
